The innate interest in aesthetics, creating spaces and culinary expression only brewed stronger with age. after 20+ years of eclectic experience and realized passions, a childhood dream comes to fruition via this small business in the West Village…where the paths of self-employment and single-motherhood became her next journey.
Ad Hoc | Collective was birthed June 2017, 2 months before the actual birth of the owner’s only child. the ever-changing space has had many iterations of a layout and furnishings over the years and offers an array of vintage + modern home goods and is the setting for a quaint coffee bar and kitchen for small bites. spring of 2023 welcomed the biggest change with an expansion of work space to make room for a revised menu for extended hours and mocktail offerings to be enjoyed throughout the day into the evening.
